Refund & Cancellation Policy
At NEET Helpline, a brand of Vidya Park, we strive to provide high-quality NEET counselling and digital services. Please read our refund policy carefully before purchasing any service.
Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation before the purchased service has been initiated.
Refund Eligibility
Refund requests may be considered only if:
- The request is submitted within 7 days from the payment date.
- No counselling session has been conducted.
- No consultation has been provided.
- No personalized service has been delivered.
- No digital content has been accessed or downloaded.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted if:
- Services have already been delivered.
- Counselling or consultation has been completed.
- Educational materials or digital resources have been accessed.
- Incorrect information was provided by the customer.
- The customer changes their mind after service delivery.
- Admission or counselling outcomes do not meet expectations, as our services are advisory and cannot guarantee admission.
Refund Process
To request a refund, contact our support team with:
- Full Name
- Registered Email or Mobile Number
- Payment ID or Transaction Reference
- Reason for the refund request
Each request will be reviewed individually.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on the bank or payment service provider.
Payment gateway charges, taxes, or processing fees (where applicable) may be deducted.
Service Delivery
Digital services may begin immediately after payment confirmation. Once service delivery has started, refund eligibility may no longer apply.
